A 32-year-old woman and a 22-year-old man have died in road accidents in regional NSW.

A woman was killed when she was struck by a truck in NSW's far west.

The incident took place on Friday evening on Reid Street, Wilcannia, about 200km east of Broken Hill. Police say the 32-year-old woman pedestrian died at the scene.

The truck driver was not injured but was taken to Wilcannia Hospital for mandatory testing.

A 22-year-old man died after the Toyota utility he was driving rolled in the state's west.

The incident took place around 9.45pm on Friday on the Blue Springs Road at Stubbo, 40km north of Mudgee.

Police say the vehicle left the road in the crash and the driver died at the scene. A male passenger needed treatment for minor injuries.
