Two Queensland police officers have been stood down from official duties and will face separate Crime and Misconduct Commission investigations.

One of the men, a 47-year-old constable from the police service's road command, was suspended for allegedly using private funds inappropriately.

The other officer, also 47 and a senior sergeant from the State Crime Command, was suspended over allegations he inappropriately released information.

"In keeping with our commitment to high standards of behaviour, transparency and accountability, we have an undertaking to inform the public when an officer faces disciplinary processes involving stand down or suspension," police media said on Wednesday.

"This does not mean that the allegations against the officers have been substantiated."
