Uber driver caught over the limit in WA

An Uber driver in Perth has been caught drink driving while he had three passengers in his car.

The driver returned a positive reading during a random breath test in Fremantle early on Saturday morning.

The 32-year-old Eden Hill man has been charged with having an excess of 0.08.
