Ahead of Dami Im's performance for Australia in the second semi-final of the Eurovision Song Contest on Friday, UK entrants Joe and Jake have thrown their support behind the country's participation.
This comes after British television host Graham Norton said the Eurovision organisers should “get rid of Australia”.
“I know some countries aren’t technically in Europe but, come on – Australia is on the other side of world,” He told the UK Sun on Tuesday.
Joe and Jake, who will take the stage representing the UK in Saturday's grand-final, told SBS that Australia should take part.

"It's great that Australia are a part of it because it's such a huge competition and it's brilliant," said Joe Woolford.
"Last year's performance was so good so I think they deserve to be in the competition," he said.
Dami Im thanked those who traveled to Sweden to support her by hosting a private concert on Tuesday.
One fan who attended the private concert said: "I actually think she's going to win it, it's ticking all the Eurovision cliches."
Another fan said:" I think she's going to do so well, I've heard so many positive reviews from other countries."
The challenge on the night will be to convince other nations to send their votes to Australia.
Dami Im is slated to perform the song, titled Sound of Silence on Friday.
The 2016 Eurovision Song Contest will be broadcast on SBS’s Eurovision Weekend - Friday 13, Saturday 14 and Grand Final Sunday 15 May, 7.30pm on SBS, with LIVE early morning broadcasts from 5am on Wednesday 11, Friday 13 and Sunday 15 May.
