SBS World News Radio: The United Nations says the trafficking of illegal drugs is thriving despite improved international cooperation.

In its 2017 global report, the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime also points to an expansion in the market for cocaine and synthetic drugs.

SBS correspondent Kerry Skyring has seen the report and spoken to UN drug officials in Vienna.
