A US woman wanted for credit card theft, forgery and other charges has taken police officers on a wild, high speed car chase, after refusing to pull over during a traffic stop.

Driving a silver truck, the Virginian woman can be seen weaving in and out of traffic and making several U-turns.

Eventually, she loses control of the truck after being clipped by a police car. Officers were then able to box her in and take her into custody.

Three Fairfax County officers were taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
