Another review of a Victorian health service has found 11 babies died in potentially avoidable circumstances since 2001.
The first review of the Djerriwarrh Health Service in Bacchus Marsh found seven babies unnecessarily died in 2013 and 2014, but a review going back further has identified four more cases.
"This is 11 lives lost that could potentially have been avoidable ... I extend my deepest condolences to the women and their families," Health Minister Jill Hennessy said on Wednesday.
