Vic grassfire treated as suspicious

A grassfire that burnt a paddock in East Gippsland is being treated as suspicious.

A fire in Victoria's East Gippsland region is being treated as suspicious.

The fire started along Walshs Road in rural Yinnar South at 10.45am on Sunday.

Grass along the road and in a nearby paddock was burnt before the fire was extinguished by CFA fire crews.

No one was injured and Victoria Police say the cause of the blaze remains unknown but is being treated as suspicious.
