Victoria's Liberal Party has launched a website called Daniel Andrews Sucks, featuring a video clip of the Labor leader wearing a jester hat as well as personal accounts from crime victims.

A series of short videos, authorised by the Liberal Party, appears alongside "top 10 lies" and "top 10 dodgy deals", criticising Labor initiatives including Melbourne's supervised injecting room trial.

"The site highlights the rorts, scandals and lies that have become the hallmark of the Daniel Andrews' Labor government," opposition MP Tim Smith said in a statement.

"No government in recent history has been so mired in scandal."

The website, authorised by Victorian Liberal Party state director Nick Demiris, refers to events spanning Labor's term, including the 'red-shirts' rort from last election, under investigation by police.

An unnamed woman recounts her story as a victim of crime, and how she took her complaint to parliament.

"I've had very little support from the justice system," she said.

Liberal leader Matthew Guy hasn't been free from criticism during his campaign in the lead up to Saturday's election.

At one event, human-sized lobsters staged a protest against Mr Guy - a nod to his controversial and highly-publicised seafood dinner that was dubbed 'lobster with a mobster'.
