Retail property trust Vicinity Centres has agreed to sell Tweed Mall in northern NSW for $81.25 million.
The sale to fund manager Elanor Investors Group means Vicinity will have offloaded 11 shopping centres for a combined $1.3 billion since May.
On the Queensland border, the mall is four kilometres from the Gold Coast airport and is anchored by Coles, Target and Woolworths stores.
