Telecommunications service provider Visionstream has secured a $350 million contract with Telstra to supply maintenance and building services to more than 40,000 exchange and network assets across the country.
The five-year contract will build on the current 12-year relationship between the two companies, Visionstream chief executive Richard Kelleway said in a statement on Tuesday.
Visionstream is the communications division of Ventia, which is a services company created in 2015 through the integration of Leighton Contractors Services, Thiess Services and Visionstream.
Ventia is a 50-50 partnership between CIMIC and funds managed by affiliates of Apollo Global Management.
