The Melbourne Vixens have re-signed premiership-winning coach Simone McKinnis until the end of the 2016 trans-Tasman netball season.
McKinnis, who took over the job in 2013, guided the side to their first title since 2009 with a win over the Queensland Firebirds in the grand final earlier this year.
After a 63-Test playing career with Australia, McKinnis has made a seamless transition to coaching and the Vixens have moved to secure her services for a further two years.
"As a group we look forward to finding ways to get better at what we do, to continue the hard work that got us the success in 2014 and embrace the new players in the team that will bring a new dimension to what we can achieve," McKinnis said.
"It's certainly an exciting prospect to look at going after another premiership.
"We have a great mix of experience and youth which puts us in good stead ahead the 2015 season."
McKinnis will also head up Victoria's youth development program.
