WA government taken to court over gas hub approval

A Goolarabooloo traditional owner and the Wilderness Society are taking the West Australian government to court over the proposed Woodside gas hub at James Price Point in the Kimberley.

A Goolarabooloo traditional owner and the Wilderness Society are taking the West Australian government to court over the proposed Woodside gas hub at James Price Point in the Kimberley.

They say approval of the site was flawed because some of the Environmental Protection Authority board members, who were a part of the decision making process, had conflicts of interest.
