Officers at a police station south of Perth are being investigated over allegations they used Taser stun guns on colleagues during initiation rituals.

A sergeant, a senior constable and two constables at the Rockingham Police Station have been suspended from normal duties since the WA Police internal affairs unit launched an investigation two weeks ago.

Russell Armstrong of the WA Police Union told the ABC the union would support the officers in their bid to keep their jobs.
