Wallabies flanker Dean Mumm is in danger of missing Saturday's Twickenham showdown with England after being cited for his lifting tackle in the loss to Ireland.
Mumm could be facing his second suspension in five weeks, having already missed the European tour opener against Wales for elbowing All Blacks second rower Brode Retallick.
He was sinbinned by referee Jerome Garces for his lifting tackle on Ireland's Tadhg Furlong at a ruck early in the weekend's 27-24 defeat in Dublin.
At the time of the incident, Garces explained ''it's not a dynamic situation'' to both captains in awarding Mumm a yellow card.
However that will not be the end of the matter, with Mumm cited on Sunday and set to learn on Tuesday whether he faces a sanction after a World Rugby disciplinary committee hearing chaired by Mike Hamlin (England).
Mumm, who played in England for Exeter before returning home to the NSW Waratahs, had been relishing the clash with Eddie Jones' English side.
