Wycliff Palu has signalled this may be his final Super Rugby season with the NSW Waratahs.
The veteran No.8 rejoined the Tahs in January after injury stopped him fulfilling the first of two years of a contract with a Japanese club.
Now, after more than a decade with the 2014 champions, Palu is likely to play his final home game at Allianz Stadium on Saturday against the Hurricanes.
England-bound duo Dave Dennis and Kurtley Beale will also say goodbye, as will the recently retired Benn Robinson.
Coach Daryl Gibson said the crunch clash provided an opportunity to farewell some of the club's "brilliant servants", including Palu.

"A number of guys have already indicated they're not going to be here next year," Gibson said.
"I can't see him (Palu) putting his hand up for us again next season, obviously he's got his Japan deal.
"We're treating this week as a bit of a farewell to a number of our players."
Palu, who is returning from a shoulder injury, has been managing a hamstring niggle picked up this week.
However, Gibson expected the 33-year-old to play, even if for limited minutes.
"We're monitoring how it goes," he said.
"But certainly we value the impact he provides us, particularly given this game is going to be a physical one.
"The way the Hurricanes play and the way we like to play, that's certainly something he adds two our team."
The Waratahs need to keep winning to assure themselves a place in this season's finals, with the Hurricanes facing a similar prospect.
