Adam Blair will miss one NRL match if he accepts an early guilty plea after being charged for his sin-binning incident in the Warriors' win over the Titans.

Veteran New Zealand Warriors forward Adam Blair has been charged with making dangerous contact and faces a one-match suspension.

In what was his 300th NRL match, Blair was sin-binned in the last minute of the Warriors' 24-20 victory over Gold Coast on Friday, for making late contact on Titans' No.6 Tyrone Roberts.

The NRL match review committee has judged the incident worthy of a 100-point penalty. With his prior loading, the Kiwi enforcer stands to miss one match unless he successfully challenges the verdict.

Warriors' coach Stephen Kearney was full of praise for Blair after his milestone match.

"He lives on the edge, we all know that," Kearney said in reference to Blair's sin binning.

"It should be noted it's (300 games) a wonderful effort by him and in terms of Kiwis, he joins some prestigious company -- Ruben Wiki, Simon Mannering.

"...The one thing about Adam is he prepares himself extremely well every week and that's what's got him in the position to knock over 300 games.

"But yeah, I mean, right to the end he's trying to make it happen to the team and put pressure on the halves."
