Kevin Durant played just 93 seconds as the Golden State were beaten 112-108 at the Washington Wizards in the NBA.
Durant hyperextended his knee and will have an MRI exam after teammate Zaza Pachulia was pushed into him by Washington centre Marcin Gortat.
"I'm always concerned about any injury because you never know how bad it's going to be, so we'll just wait and see and keep our fingers crossed," Warriors coach Steve Kerr said.
Bradley Beal scored 25 points and Markieff Morris added 22 while John Wall had a career-high tying 19 assists for the 34-23 Wizards - good for third in the Eastern Conference.
Stephen Curry scored 25 but missed a potential go-ahead 3-pointer late for the 50-10 Warriors.
Russell Westbrook scored 12 of his 43 points in the final 2:05 minutes to help the Oklahoma City Thunder overturn a late deficit and beat the Utah Jazz 109-106 for a fourth-straight win.
"Many years, that was our problem - being able to execute and get the shots we wanted to," Westbrook said.
"I think that's a part of my job, is to make sure we execute down the stretch."
Westbrook also had 11 rebounds and 10 assists for his 30th triple-double of the season and 67th of his career.
"He played great," Jazz coach Quin Snyder said after the game. "That's who he is."
Nikola Jokic had 19 points, 16 rebounds and 10 assists for his third triple-double of the season, and the Denver Nuggets rode a second-half surge to a 125-107 victory over the Chicago Bulls.
Danilo Gallinari scored 22 points and Wilson Chandler added 20 as Denver erased a halftime deficit.
Dwayne Wade and Rajon Rondo were Chicago's best with 19.
Marcus Morris scored a career-high 37 points, including Detroit's first seven in overtime, and the Pistons rallied from a 13-point, third-quarter deficit to beat the Portland Trail Blazers 120-113.
Damian Lillard had 34 points and 11 rebounds for Portland while falling an assist shy of his first triple-double.
Mike Conley scored 29 points and Marc Gasol added 28 while making all five of his 3-point shots to lead the Memphis Grizzlies past the Phoenix Suns 130-112.
The 130 points were a season high for Memphis.
Kemba Walker scored 30 points in Charlotte's 109-104 win over the Lakers.
Frank Kaminsky had 24 points and 12 rebounds for the Hornets, who won for just the third time in 16 games.
Julius Randle had 23 points, 18 rebounds and six assists for the Lakers, who have lost five straight and 16 of their last 20.
