The Golden State Warriors rattled off their 11th win on the bounce as they beat the Washington Wizards 139-115.

Stephen Curry was the hotshot with 42 points as the Warriors close in on the Western Conference's top seed spot in the forthcoming NBA playoffs.

Meanwhile in Cleveland, LeBron James led the Cavaliers to an overtime victory over the Indiana Pacers.

James scored 41 points, including a three-pointer in the final moments of the second overtime period, as the Cavs won 135-130.

Australia's Thon Maker scored 11 points, including a three-pointer from his only attempt, for Milwaukee in the Bucks' 109-105 triumph over Dallas.

Maker's teammate and compatriot Matthew Dellavedova had 14 points and six assists.

San Antonio downed Utah 109-103 with Dante Exum racking up seven points, three rebounds and two assists for the Jazz while teammate and fellow Australian Joe Ingles had eight points, four rebounds, four assists and two steals.

Russell Westbrook's tilt at NBA history continued with his 40th triple-double of the season in the Oklahoma City Thunder's 113-101 defeat to the Charlotte Hornets.

Westbrook recorded 40 points, 13 rebounds and 10 assists to move him to just one behind the all-time record of 41 triple-doubles set by Oscar Robertson in 1961-62.

Elsewhere, the Boston Celtics beat the New York Knicks 110-94 and the Toronto Raptors downed the Philadelphia 76ers 113-105.
