West Indies fired up for Boxing Day

After a seemingly disinterested performance in the first Test, West Indies coach Phil Simmons has preached good body language to his players.

West Indies coach Phil Simmons has preached the importance of good body language to his players ahead of the Boxing Day Test against Australia.

The Windies were accused of appearing disinterested when walloped in the first Test in Hobart.

But Simmons told reporters on Wednesday that his players were excited at the prospect of battling Australia again in the Second Test and promised they would show it at the MCG.

The West Indies will need to make at least one change to their 11, with the injury to Shannon Gabriel, but Simmons said that he would wait until he inspected the pitch on Thursday before deciding if legspinner Devendra Bishoo comes in.
