The lawyer for an Australian man wanted in Croatia over alleged war crimes says a High Court challenge could be the next step in his fight against extradition.

Daniel Snedden, also known as Dragan Vasiljkovic or Captain Dragan, is the subject of an extradition order relating to crimes alleged to have occurred in Croatia in the 1990s.

Snedden is now considering his next move, after the full Federal Court dismissed his latest appeal against extradition.
