Why are runners from Kenya great in their sport?

CNN reporter David McKenzie goes to Rift Valley, Kenya, the home of many Olympic champions, to find out what it is that makes Kenyans such great runners.

Kenya is renowned for its middle and long distance runners. Statistics show that up to 70 percent of long-distance winners since the late 1980s have been from Kenya.
