Will Boehner lead Republican compromise with Obama?

The Republicans have now taken control of both houses of the United States Congress for the first time in eight years.

The Republicans have now taken control of both houses of the United States Congress for the first time in eight years.

President Obama will have to rely on his veto powers to preserve his key policy initiatives, including his health care reforms known as Obamacare.

As the Republicans took control, there was a push to remove the speaker of the House of Representatives, John Boehner.
