A 25-year-old woman has died after crashing into a tree in Perth.

A 25-year-old woman has died after her car failed to negotiate a turn and hit a median strip tree in Perth.

The woman crashed her Mistubishi on Karrinyup Road near Main Street in Balcatta on Saturday morning.

Police are calling for any witnesses.
