A woman's body has been found in a bay south of Adelaide but her death is not being treated as suspicious, police say.

The death of a woman, whose body was found in a bay south of Adelaide, is not being treated as suspicious.

The woman was spotted by the crew of a fishing boat at Encounter Bay shortly before 11am, police say.

A report will be prepared for the coroner.
