Woman's death in WA home suspicious

A 33-year-old man is being questioned by police over the death of a 29-year-old woman in Western Australia's Pilbara region.

The death of a 29-year-old woman in the Pilbara region of Western Australia is being treated as suspicious.

Police found the woman's body during a welfare check at a home in South Hedland, in north-western WA on Saturday morning.

A 33-year-old man, who knew the woman, is being questioned by detectives.
