Four current world champions, rising football star Sam Kerr and multi-medal winning swimmer Emma McKeon are the nominees for the main category in the Women's Health Women In Sport Awards to be presented on Wednesday.
The quartet of world champions vying for the Sportswoman of the Year award are track athlete Sally Pearson, mogul skier Britt Cox, high diver Rhiannan Iffland and para-athlete Isis Holt.
One of the most hotly contested categories will be Team of the Year.
Two national teams, football's Matildas and Water Polo's Stingers, are among the contenders along with three domestic title-winning sides Adelaide Crows (AFLW), Sunshine Coast Lightning (Super Netball) and Sydney Sixers (WBBL).
Several of those teams are also represented in the Leadership Legends category through Crows' coach Bec Goddard, Stingers' skipper Rowie Webster, Sydney Sixers' captain Ellyse Perry, Lightning's Caitlin Bassett and Daisy Pearce (Melbourne FC, Darebin Falcons and AFLW Victorian State of Origin captain).

The nominees in the One to Watch category are Emma Kearney, (AFL and cricket), Joany Badenhorst, (para-snowboard), Sam Poolman, (netball), Ashleigh Gardner,(cricket) and Sam Bremner (rugby league).
The awards will be presented at Sydney's International Conference Centre.
