A sole protester endured the rain outside Labor's official campaign launch in western Sydney.

Stephen Lynch, the Nick Xenophon Team candidate for Lindsay, is demanding the same curfew rules apply for Sydney's second airport at Badgerys Creek, rather than the partial ruling that Labor says it would impose, he told AAP on Sunday.

"Same owner, same rules, easy-peasy Albanese," Mr Lynch's billboard reads.
