Workers at Brisbane's XXXX brewery will walk off the job on Monday with more strikes threatened in a dispute over job security and conditions.
About 100 brewery technicians will be joined by supporters at a rally outside the XXXX brewery from 11am on Monday.
XXXX is a sponsor of the Commonwealth Games, and union United Voice says brewery managers who are resisting workers' demands risk Queensland's iconic brew running dry during the Games, which begin on April 4.

The strike action relates to concerns over job security and threats to water- down workers' conditions after nearly a third of the workforce was made redundant in recent years, with about 40 jobs lost.
United Voice Queensland spokesperson Damien Davie says workers want iron-clad guarantees that their jobs are not in danger.
"Until XXXX comes to the bargaining table and gets serious about their workers, we will have no choice but to continue rolling strikes," Mr Davie said in a statement on Monday.
Brewery director Irene Bell has previously said she's confident the strike won't affect supply during the Games, but has called the action disappointing.
