Youths charged over Adelaide car robbery

Three youths, aged 15, 14 and 12 have been charged after allegedly stealing a youth worker's car in Adelaide at knifepoint before crashing it.

Three young people will face court charged over stealing a woman's car in Adelaide at knifepoint before crashing it into a tree.

The trio, aged 15, 14 and 12, allegedly threatened a youth worker with a knife, stole her car in North Adelaide on Tuesday before crashing it into a nearby tree.

They were arrested at the scene and charged with aggravated robbery and illegal use, with the 15-year-old and 12-year-old also charged with serious criminal trespass.
