US pop star Beyoncé has wowed guests at a pre-wedding party for the daughter of India’s richest man.

The 37-year-old singer performed hits 'Crazy in Love', 'Perfect' and 'Naughty Girl' to a cheering audience at Oberoi Udaivilas Hotel in Udaipur as part of festivities ahead of the highly-anticipated wedding ceremony between Isha Ambani and Anand Piramal on Wednesday.
The exclusive concert was the culmination of two days of star-studded events as part of the couple’s wedding sangeet, a traditional party that takes place in the days leading up to the formal ceremony.
The week-long extravaganza – reportedly costing $139 million and dubbed “the big, fat Indian wedding” – brings together two of India’s richest families.

Ms Ambani, 27, is the daughter of India’s richest man Mukesh Ambani, chair of multinational conglomerate Reliance Industries, whose net worth is estimated at $60 billion according to Forbes.
Her soon-to be husband, Mr Piramal, 33, is the son of billionaire Ajay Piramal who founded Piramal Group.

The two families are reportedly longtime friends and the bride and groom have known each other since childhood.
The couple is expected to tie the knot in Mumbai at the Ambani family residence ‘Antilia’ – one of the world’s most expensive properties.

The wedding guest list is a who’s who of the world’s rich and famous including Hillary Clinton, James Murdoch, Arianna Huffington, Indian cricket player Sachin Tendulkar, Bollywood actress Priyanka Chopra and her new husband, singer Nick Jonas.
Security was reportedly stepped up at Udaipur’s airport last week as wedding guests arrived by charted jets and luxury sedans for the special day.

The wedding celebrations are so expansive, organisers created an app for guests mapping out the wedding festivities.
