The Perth teenager accused of killing his mother and two siblings has protested his innocence during a court appearance.
Teancum Vernon Peterson-Crofts, 19, allegedly murdered his mother Michelle Petersen, 48, and his eight-year-old brother Rua, whose bodies were found inside their Ellenbrook home early on July 15.
His 15-year-old sister Bella was found critically injured in the backyard but died on the way to hospital.
Petersen-Crofts appeared on Monday in Midland Magistrates Court via video link from the secure Frankland Centre unit at Graylands psychiatric hospital, where he was last week sent for assessment.
Interrupting the magistrate, he said "I did nothing wrong" three times.
Two detectives from the Homicide Squad were in court for the hearing, which lasted just several minutes.

The case was adjourned to the Stirling Gardens Magistrates Court on Wednesday.
During his first appearance in the same court last week, Petersen-Crofts blamed "a criminal" for the killings, saying "he did it".
The psychiatric hospital has recommended he remain there for at least four weeks.
"If you're going to send me to jail for 25 years or whatever, I want to be in Frankland Centre. I don't want to go to jail," Petersen-Crofts said on Monday. "They're going to kill me in jail."
He will face Stirling Gardens Magistrates Court on Wednesday via video link.
Following the discovery of the three bodies earlier this month, WA Assistant Commissioner Paul Steel told reporters a senior homicide squad investigating officer had said it was "potentially the most horrific crime scene he has ever been called to".
"It is a very complex and I would say horrific crime scene," he said.
Last night, the Perth community gathered to remember the mother and her two children.

ABC reports About 150 people attended the vigil, with Jessica Shaw, the Member for Swan Hills, addressing the gathering.
"Many of us will have been lost for words over these part few days," Ms Shaw said.
"Many of us have asked why these tragic events have occurred. We may never have answers. But if nothing else, the way our community has come together in the face of these tragic events shows us that none of us needs face these situations alone."
