Fired for being gay

Published
Steph was married to a man for four years when she fell in love with a woman at church. She said that she wanted to be a “good Christian” and struggled to come to terms with her sexuality. Later, when Steph was working at an Evangelical school, she told her employer that she was a lesbian. She was then fired.
