There were no signs of foul play in the death of the Australian Instagram influencer found dead on a luxury yacht in the Greek Islands, according to investigators.
Sinead McNamara, 20, was found in critical condition on board the Mayan Queen IV, docked on the island of Kefalonia, last week and later died while being flown to an Athens hospital for emergency treatment.
The Greek coroner's office has confirmed to several media outlets there were no signs of violence on her body but added that toxicology results were pending.

Greek coroner Ilias Bogiokas, who conducted the autopsy on Ms McNamara's body, said the final cause of death will not be announced until lab tests are completed, which could take a month or more.
Ms McNamara was working on board the six-level 92-metre yacht, which is owned by 87-year-old Mexican mining magnate Alberto Baillères, as a stewardess.
The yacht was allowed to leave the port on Sunday night local time, according to media reports.
The body of the 20-year-old, who grew up in Port Macquarie but had moved to Sydney, is now due to be flown home to Australia by her family, who had been on their way to visit her.
