Abalone licences key to new cultural initiative for Tasmania

The Tasmanian Government has leased 40 abalone quota units to the Land and Sea Aboriginal Corporation of Tasmania with the goal to establish a cultural fisheries program in the state, encouraging young Aboriginal people into the industry.
