APEC anger over North Korea's missiles

North Korea is threatening to overshadow a gathering of Asia-Pacific leaders in Bangkok for the annual APEC summit. Pyongyang firing a suspected intercontinental ballistic missile which landed just 200 kilometres off Japan is just one of the major issues being discussed.
