Bunnings facial recognition technology in stores breached privacy & ASX hits another record

The Productivity Commissioner says Bunnings breached customer privacy by using facial recognition technology at some of its New South Wales and Victorian stores without consent, but the company says it was needed to protect the safety of their stakeholders.
