Distribution issues are affecting the new stage of Australia's vaccine rollout to younger children. It comes as Queensland becomes the first Australian state to delay the return to school over Omicron concerns. And food shortages, due to staff being in isolation, has prompted new rules to be announced in New South Wales and Queensland.
