Duterte declared Marawi liberated following key deaths

Philippines president Rodrigo Duterte (rod-REE-go doo-TAIR-tay) has declared victory over IS-linked militants in the embattled city of Marawi. The city has been embroiled in nearly five months of fierce fighting.
