Tesla shareholders have approved a US$1 trillion dollar compensation package for CEO Elon Musk, tying him to the electric vehicle maker for a decade. Plus, the Australian sharemarket has followed Wall Street on a downward tilt, thanks to concerns over tech stock valuations and economic uncertainty.
