Anti-immigration rallies have taken place in cities across the country, including Sydney, Canberra, Brisbane, Hobart, Melbourne and Perth, as well as regional centres.
Organisers have been linked to ultra-nationalist ideas, and neo-Nazi groups have attended the rallies, which have been broadly condemned by political leaders.
This man in Sydney says he wants the government to ensure immigration is kept at sustainable levels.
"I am joined by all my fellow Australians supporting Australia, I think we want to tell Albanese that the Australian citizens had enough. If you look at their proposed housing numbers as they try to build 240 houses a year, but they're letting in 600,000 new immigrants a year, this is what you get. We don't have the services we require, rents too expensive, we don't have hospitals, we don't have coppers (police)."
Speaking at a multicultural gala on Saturday, Victorian Premier Jacinta Allan said Australia is "not a place where we walk with Nazis".

In Sydney, the so-called March4Aus protests were countered by two anti-racism rallies, as police managed crowds amid concerns about confrontations.
Up to 1,000 police have been deployed in the city, to keep the competing protests separate, and try to maintain calm.
One counter protest in Alfred Park featured live music and aimed to join up with the weekly pro-Palestine rally.
Jane Salmon is a spokesperson.
"There are hundreds of people who've come despite fear of conflict. They're very brave. They've come to stand up for immigrants and for fair go. They feel that racism is not acceptable, whether it comes in the form of the N-Z-Y-Q manoeuvres by government or in the form of bogan marches."

The wife of Dezi Freeman - who police alleged shot and killed two officers in Porepunkah - has issued a statement via her lawyers urging him to give himself up.
Mr Freeman fled the scene of a violent altercation with police into the bush in Victoria's high country and has been on the run for five days since.
In her statement, obtained by the A-B-C, Amalia Freeman expresses "deep sorrow" for the deaths of Detective Leading Senior Constable Neal Thompson and Senior Constable Vadim De Waart.
She says she will lend her full support to the police, aiming to bring about a "swift and safe conclusion to this tragedy".
The search for Dezi Freeman is now in its sixth day.

Indonesian president Prabowo Subianto has cancelled a trip to China as protests spread further outside the capital Jakarta, with several regional parliament buildings set on fire.
Clashes between protesters and police were still seen continuing late on Saturday [[30 AUG]] in front of the headquarters of a police brigade and a parliament office, with tear gas fired to disperse crowds.
Mr Prabowo had been due to attend the "Victory Day" military parade in China on Wednesday [[SEPT 03]] to mark the 80th anniversary of the end of World War Two following Japan's formal surrender.
But the protests over politicians' housing allowance escalated sharply, with three deaths and five injuries, after a motorcyclist was killed after colliding with a police vehicle.
Presidential spokesperson Prasetyo Hadi says Mr Subianto will stay in the country.
“Due to the dynamic situation in the country, the president wants to continue monitoring (the situation in Indonesia) directly and seek the best solutions. Therefore, the president apologises to the Chinese government that he could not attend the invitation.”

The Houthis have vowed to take revenge after Israel killed their prime minister in a series of strikes on Yemen's capital city, Saana.
He was the most senior Houthi official killed in the Israeli-US campaign against the Iranian-backed rebels.
Mahdi al-Mashat is the Head of the Houthis’ Supreme Political Council.
"We promise to God, to the dear Yemeni people and the families of the martyrs and wounded that we will take revenge and we will turn the wounds into a victory // We call on people around the world to stay away and not deal with any assets belonging to the Zionist entity and the chance is still there for settlers to return to their countries. And to all companies present inside the occupation entity, my last advice to them is to leave before it's too late."

Swiss star Marcel Hug [[hoog]] has smashed Australian legend Kurt Fearnley's 2011 record to win the men's wheelchair division of the Sydney Marathon.
The seven-time Paralympic gold medallist and marathon world record holder outpaced the field as he clocked 1 hour, 27 minutes and 15 seconds.
Chanel Seven spoke to Hug after the race.
"It was so amazing. I think we made history today, Sydney Marathon, for the first time in the major series. So congratulations for that. And for myself, my first big victory here in the Sydney Marathon was just amazing. I really enjoyed it. It was a big challenge, this course, for me, but I really enjoyed it, especially the last five Ks, with the crowds all around us. It's so amazing."
