A Canberra man who received a life-saving heart transplant last year is heading to Tasmania to compete in the Australian Transplant Games.
Fifty-six-year-old Mark van den Heuvel says the event has become an important milestone in his recovery, after he rebuilt his strength and returned to work and golf.
He spoke with SBS Dutch Executive Producer Paulien Roessink about his second chance at life.
