Global COVID-19 vaccine rollouts re-evaluated amid rise in cases and deaths

European countries are divided over the administration of the AstraZeneca COVID-19 vaccine. Countries have taken regulation into their own hands. It comes as daily deaths rise in South America and India registers record levels of daily infections.
