Women in Australia are still under represented in science, technology, engineering and maths (STEM) careers, holding only 15 per cent of STEM jobs. Amid recent threats to diversity and inclusion programs, Sally-Ann Williams CEO of Cicada Innovations and chair of the government's Pathway to Diversity in STEM review explains why a diverse workforce can improve productivity.
