Penny Wong embarks on Pacific mission

Foreign Minister Penny Wong has embarked on a mission to step up Pacific engagement - flying to Fiji to meet with Prime Minister Frank Bainimarama - coinciding with a Pacific trip by the Chinese Foreign Minister.
