Progress of girls' education in Afghanistan going backwards: HRW

A new report by humanitarian organisation Human Rights Watch says efforts to educate girls in Afghanistan are failing. Sixteen years after the United States first led a military intervention against the Taliban, the report finds that two thirds of Afghan girls still dont attend school.
