The app that is making CVs obsolete, Found is now available for Android, with more than 5,000 downloads so far.

Referred to as ‘Tinder for Jobs’, Found is shaking up the $11 billion recruitment industry by targeting its business towards millennials.

With thousands of jobs listed on the platform, job hunters simply swipe for a job instead of having to create cover letters for each.

Small Business Secrets first met with the app’s co-founder, Andrew Joyce earlier this year, after the app reached more than 500,000 users.

Since then, Found has upgraded its iPhone app for easier use. It now offers an advanced swipe system to accept a job, as well as a tick, or a cross to deny.

A new tracking system allows job seekers to monitor their progress after applying.

Large organisations such as the Australian Defence Force, Flight Centre, and KFC are using the app to hire new staff.

However, it is gaining popularity among small businesses such as bars and hotels.

A spokesperson for Found says, the apps’ improved speed across all platforms, aims to help casual workers get on the payroll ahead of the busy summer season.
