You've probably smeared on some facepaint and fake blood at some point. No doubt you've encountered a conversation or two about how you'd survive the zombie apocalypse. You may even have personally imagined murdering Carl, or at least sending him to acting school. But the bar has now been set for zombie fandom, and some might find it pretty hard to swallow.
east London chef James Thomlinson has been painstakingly researching descriptions of cannibalism, usually in survival situations. He then used a misture of veal, beef and port to create the burgers to match the described flavours and textures as closely as possible.
Fans of the show, zombie wannabes, and the morbidly curious will have the chance to try the McHuman. A pop up restaurant designed to recreate the apocalyptic feeling of Terminus where the fourth series ended (whoops, spoilers, the series is still dark and grimy and apocalyptic, no happy endings yet) will be coming to East London, serving up free burgers from noon on 30th September. The above infographic will form the burger's wrapping, so while you're chowing down you can decide whether the meat in question really does taste like 'good, fully developed veal', or melts in your mouth 'like raw tuna in a suhi restaurant'.

If that is a bridge to far for you, please instead this amazing Walking Dead fan video.
