Drones join together, assemble themselves into formations
Drones are used everywhere from wars to filmmaking, and are seen as the future for many aerial operations. As such, many scientists have been trying to push the limits of what drones can do autonomously.
ETH Zürich university researchers have now been able to produce low-cost 3D printed drones that can move and assemble into formations. It could be the first step in a world where the drones take over.
