Foam invasion takes over Tokyo street
What happens when you flush 40 litres of soap down the drain? Well one street in Tokyo now knows the answer.
An employee working in the Sumitomo Shiodome Building flushed 40 litres of soap down the drain causing a flood of foam on the streets below.
Officials worked for hours trying to clean up the mess and now videos of the incident have surfaced on YouTube.
